I’ve always been the person who ends up running the room — rearranging chairs, chasing down the caterer, quietly keeping the whole day on schedule so everyone else gets to just enjoy it. That instinct turned into a career, and for more than a decade now, it’s taken me across New Orleans and Metairie producing weddings, conferences, concerts, and live productions of every size.
What I’ve learned, over hundreds of events, is that the ones people remember aren’t the ones with the biggest budget. They’re the ones where every detail was handled before anyone noticed there was a detail to handle. That’s the actual job: building the timeline, wrangling the vendors, running the show flow, and solving the problems you’ll never hear about — so you can be fully present in the moment you’ve spent months planning for.
My background spans both sides of this industry: the personal, deeply emotional side of wedding planning, and the technical, high-stakes side of live production — AV direction, lighting design, stage management, live streaming. That range means I bring a producer’s precision to a wedding and a wedding planner’s warmth to a corporate stage.
The Journey
My path here started in the hotel world — seventeen successful years of marketing, business development, and event production with some of New Orleans’ top hotels, including the Hotel Monteleone, Chateau Sonesta Hotel, and the opening teams for the W Hotels at Poydras and the French Quarter.
In 2009, I launched my first event production company through R&R Hospitality. In 2020, I rebranded as Justice Event Design & Production, LLC — the company I run today, offering 28 years of professional planning and design experience.
