How to Choose a Wedding Season That Fits Your Vision
One of the first questions I ask a new couple isn’t about colors or venues — it’s about the calendar.…

I'm Nicole Justice, a New Orleans event producer who learned the craft in the hotel world: seventeen years of marketing, business development and event production with properties like the Hotel Monteleone and Chateau Sonesta, plus the opening teams for the W Hotels at Poydras and the French Quarter. I launched my first production company in 2009 and rebranded as Justice Event Design & Production in 2020. Today I bring that same hands-on, on-site-from-call-time-to-strike approach to weddings, galas, conferences and live shows across New Orleans and Metairie.
Offering 28 years of professional planning and design experience, with a team approach that gives every client's vision undivided attention from creation to completion.

I work with AV partners I trust for the equipment itself, and I run the technical direction personally — so you get professional-grade gear and one point of contact making sure it all comes together.
Absolutely. I build streaming into the production plan from day one when it’s needed, so your remote guests get a polished experience instead of a shaky phone feed from the back of the room.
Yes — multi-day programs are some of my favorite projects. They let us build a real arc across the days: a strong opening, room to breathe in the middle, and a closing moment people are still talking about after they fly home.
Everything between “the room looks great” and “the show runs on time” — cue-to-cue with your speakers, coordinating AV and lighting changes, and having a plan ready for the moment something shifts last-minute, because something always does.
Bring whoever you love. I’ll coordinate with any vendor you choose, and I’m always happy to make introductions from my own network when you want a recommendation.
Spending most of the budget on the ceremony or the keynote and running short for the reception or the after-hours experience — which is usually what people remember most. Part of my job is helping you protect the moments that matter to you first, before the rest gets allocated.
For weddings, 9–12 months gives us the best shot at the venues and vendors you actually want — though I’ve pulled off beautiful events on much shorter timelines when that’s what a couple has to work with. For conferences and corporate events, 4–6 months is usually plenty, more if you need a specific venue during a busy season.
